18 years since the formation of The Right Move Group partnership managing the destination counseling function for individuals relocating to The San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that, she had spent some 20 years in the corporate world, culminating in her position as Director of Operations for a large computer leasing subsidiary of GECC.

George has over 25 years of experience in senior level corporate relocation management and was cofounder of Western Relocation Management and founder of the Homesale Assistance Division of Relocation Consultants, Inc. (now ReloAction). He has worked closely with human resources and relocation professionals to help create workable, cost effective solutions to the many problems that arise in corporate relocation.

Doug brings over 40 years of business and real estate consulting expertise to The Right Move Group. Following a career at IBM and management consulting with Touche Ross, Doug has been active in many aspects of real estate including: brokerage of investment properties, tax deferred exchanges, commercial and residential development, leasing, property management, equity sharing, and the financing of both commercial and residential properties.

Linda was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining The Right Move Group, Linda worked in sales and marketing for over 14 years, most recently for Walt Disney Company. She has a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley, an International M.B.A. from Universita, SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy and a real estate license from the State of California.

As Vice President, Destination Services, Kathryn has over 30 years of client service experience and has been with The Right Move Group since 1997. Relocating twice to the Bay Area has given her a unique sensitivity and insight in guiding transferees and their families. Prior to moving into relocation, Kathryn was Sales & Project Manager of Land Development for Marquette Properties.

Carol has lived and worked in the Bay Area for most of her life. Before joining The Right Move Group in 2004, Carol worked in the corporate world as an Administrative and Human Resource Manager, giving her great insight into her current role as Destination Counselor.

Lori spent over 15 years in corporate housing and property management before joining The Right Move Group in 2005; three years as a Destination Tour Guide, and most recently as a Destination Counselor. Lori's experience in relocation began with 7 inter-state moves before settling in San Francisco in 1995.

Doug is a native of the Bay Area and has over 14 years of real estate and client relations experience. He is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and has previously worked in real estate as an Office Administrator, as Relocation and Personal Director, and as a Realtor in residential sales. As a Mortgage Counselor for TRMG, Doug applies his extensive real estate experience in each home purchase. Doug works closely with George Harris on every transaction, counseling the transferees about their real estate purchases and their financing options.
