    • Ongoing counseling with the transferee prior to house-hunting trip to determine individual needs and ability to rent or purchase as well as to identify appropriate communities and neighborhoods. This includes analyzing current housing status, housing needs in the new location, and estimated monies available for housing.
    • Address any questions or concerns that the transferee might have about life in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento or Greater San Diego area, including educational and cultural information.

    • Customized itinerary prepared within the candidate's parameters.

  • Group Tours/Internship Programs
    • Work with Corporation to provide area overviews to a large group of their candidates, interns or new hires in order to facilitate large group moves.
    • Customize each group tour or internship program to meet the budget and needs of the department offering the tour.
  • Educational Consultation
    • Provide information regarding school options based on completed profile questionnaire and priority checklist
    • Address individual questions and concerns

    • TRMG's mortgage counseling is the best in the industry; there is no charge to the Client, even when TRMG mortgage group does not provide the loan; employee and/or Client pay only competitive industry fees if the loan is funded through TRMG.
  • Mortgage Financing Assistance
    • TRMG's provides competitive mortgages to Transferees adhering to Corporations relocation policies. By using TRMG's mortgage assistance, a new hire will be taken care of from the candidate stage all the way through to the close of escrow by the same experienced TRMG team.
